Adam is the current Manager of the School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs) team within the Senior Secondary Pathways Reform Taskforce. He was one of the original Head Start Directors, developing and leading successful local SBAT support teams during both pilot and expansion phases of the program. Adam’s professional history has involved teaching and educational leadership in a diversity of settings, including mainstream secondary and specialist schools, complimentary settings, TAFE, and youth justice. He has also managed a small business designing and delivering creative media projects for applied and vocational learners. The aim of his practice has always been to empower young people to experience equal success both inside and outside the classroom.
