Josh Williams is Head of Consulting at Skills Group, and the National Manager for the Global Apprenticeship Network in New Zealand. Josh is an internationally recognised expert in vocational education, particularly in the areas of apprenticeships and education to employment pathways.

Josh’s experience spans 25 years in the New Zealand education and industry training systems. He was Chief Executive of the Industry Training Federation, and a Senior Policy Manager in Tertiary Education Policy in the New Zealand Ministry of Education. He now leads a team that consults on workforce and skills issues in Aotearoa New Zealand.
