Your superannuation could become the second largest asset that you will have, and the earlier that you engage with it, the better the outcome could be. As Field Officers, you have a great influence on trainees and apprentices that you work with at the start of their career, you could also have an influence on what their retirement might look like at the end of their career.
This session will look at the key essentials of super that you should make trainees and apprentices aware of as they start their life of employment, or as a business owner. What you learn could also help you to set your super up for success.SpeakersMichelle Kelada - 450:00AEN Update450:00 - 550:00SpeakersGary Workman

In today’s chaotic and ever-changing world, apprentices and trainees can easily lose their way, overwhelmed by social obligations, uncertainty, demands, and expectations. A Field Officer’s guidance can be crucial in helping them stay true to themselves.
In this thought-provoking and inspiring session, award-winning facilitator Martin Probst shares strategies to mentor individuals toward authenticity and fulfillment.
Participants will acquire practical tools for assisting their mentees in aligning their actions with their core values, fostering a genuine and empowering approach to finding and embracing their authenticity. With this support, mentees can achieve sustainable success and become the person they aspire to be. They can stay empowered yet grounded, overcome challenges, and thrive amidst the complexities of today’s world.
