Conduct Hazard Analysis Course

A Statement of Attainment containing the following units of competency will be awarded to students who are deemed competent in the training & assessment. 

• MSMWHS201: Conduct Hazard Analysis
• LLN: Language, Literacy and Numeracy Test

As this is an accredited course, all individuals must supply the following on registration:

• USI Number
• Date of Birth
• Full Name as per USI Registration

If you do not have a USI Number, you can apply for one here. It takes only a few moments and is a requirement for this course.

Training assessments will be completed online; we encourage you to bring your own device such as a tablet or laptop.
