The misuse of alcohol and drugs has a significant negative impact on Australian business. It is a work health and safety matter demanding attention of both workers and management.

Facilitator

Ella Mano, ADA Australia

Holding a Bachelor of Arts/Education (Secondary), Ella is a certified workplace trainer, a licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor and has been with ADA Australia since its inception.

Along with certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention Skill Training (ASIST), as well as her own experience of mental ill-health, Ella is ADA Australia’s lead facilitator.
