GAN Australia and the Apprenticeship Employment Network are currently undertaking a research project with support from the Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeships Information Services that is focused on:

  • Promoting digital capacity building for vulnerable underserved groups and
  • providing government and policy influencers with a set of examples to advance digital transformation opportunities in Australia, when these are related to work-based learning programmes that help vulnerable groups with their school-to-work transition or reconnection into the labour market.

This project aligns with Microsoft and LinkedIn’s global recommendations for an inclusive economic recovery post COVID-19 and beyond in 2021.

Please join us on Tuesday, 23rd February, for an overview of a range of resources that you can use to support Australian job seekers.

Key topics covered in the webinar include:

  • Introduction & overview of the current Australian digital skills environment
  • Australian Apprenticeship & Traineeship and Digital Skills Jobs Market Update
  • Microsoft and LinkedIn’s free online learning resources, covering digital literacy, fluency, soft skills and 10 career learning pathways linked to in-demand jobs
