AEN Award Categories

The AEN Awards feature three prestigious categories, recognising outstanding contributions and long-term dedication within the group training sector. These categories celebrate individuals and organisations that have significantly impacted vocational education and training.

AEN Fellowship

The AEN Fellowship is the highest honour bestowed by the Association, recognising an individual or organisation for their exceptional contribution to vocational education and training and the advancement of Group Training in Victoria. This prestigious award celebrates those who have also made significant contributions to the AEN board, demonstrating outstanding dedication, impact, and commitment to the sector.

AEN Lifetime Achievement Award

The AEN Lifetime Achievement Award recognises an individual for their outstanding contribution to vocational education and training and the advancement of Group Training in Victoria. This honour celebrates a lifetime of dedication, impact, and commitment to improving the quality and reach of Group Training, highlighting their enduring influence on the sector.

AEN Industry Service Award

The AEN Industry Collaboration Award recognises an organisation that has significantly supported the Apprenticeship Employment Network (AEN) and the group training sector. This award celebrates the organisation’s outstanding contributions in fostering collaboration, providing resources, and driving initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and reach of group training.


Nomination Process

  1. Download the Nominations Guide and familiarise yourself with award categories, selection criteria, key dates and conditions of entry.
  2. Submit your nomination on the AEN Award Force Website ensuring you have addressed the selection criteria.
  3. Each nomination will be assessed individually by an Independent Judging Panel.
  4. Finalists will be interviewed in the second stage of their nomination.
  5. Finalists will be invited to attend the Apprentice Training Awards Gala Dinner.
  6. The winner will be announced and presented with the award at the Gala Dinner.
