Corporate Challenge Events was founded in 1994 by two RMIT University students, Travis Ireland and Dwain Richardson. Originally focused on team building events, the company has established itself as a leading provider of engaging and result-oriented team building programs in Australia. As demand increased, they expanded their operations and opened a New Zealand office in 2008, becoming a leader in team building in New Zealand as well. 

The company responded to market needs by launching two new services: Conferences & Events in 2013 and Team Building Workshops in 2016. Today, they strive to create positive and fun team cultures through their comprehensive range of services.
