Tony Zaghet commenced with Gippsland Group Training in January 1992 as a Trade Trainer delivering “Front – End – Training” to new automotive apprentices. During this time Tony helped close to 400 young people transition from school to employment. Tony setup the Automotive Training Centre in Morwell where he delivered Automotive Training in a real workshop environment. This gave the apprentices a great sense of satisfaction going home and telling their parents the type of work they did for the day.
