Tode first became interested in a career in Business when attending a basic Business class at Secondary School. As it wasn’t too in depth, he spoke with his careers advisor who suggested completing a School-Based Traineeship. He is now completing his traineeship with Barry Plant Real Estate. Being in an adult learning environment has positively impacted Tode’s life. He has gained organisational and communication skills. He credits the way his trainer teaches; making the learning very interesting and related to real life situations. Tode has had an amazing experience and is now confident he would like to pursue a career in real estate after completing his traineeship
