“Jodi’s career began with a Business Certificate traineeship in insurance through Apprenticeships Plus. Within three years, she became a joint office manager and, at 23, launched her own brokerage under Marsh, the world’s largest insurance broker. Over 19 years, she grew her business to serve 1,400 clients, including 80 in the GTO & Employment Service Sector, providing tailored insurance solutions.
In 2022, Jodi sold her company to Gallagher, the world’s second largest insurance broker where she continues to work with her team and clients.
Beyond work, Jodi and her husband created Happy Days Donuts, a 1951 Red Chevy donut truck honouring her late father, donating 15% of proceeds to mental health charities. She also serves on two mental health boards, “Walk With Me” and “It’s Okay Not to Be Okay,” advocating for awareness in this critical space.
