“Rose Charles is a Quality and Resource Development specialist in electrical trade and post-trade education who thrives on the constantly changing landscape of the VET sector. She is currently a QA/VET specialist at NECA Education & Careers.
Early on in her career, which has spanned over three decades, she was a trainer and has had the joy of hearing how far past students have gone in their careers.
Her proudest achievement is setting up the entire electrical trade program for school-based apprentices at a secondary school for year 11 & 12 students. This involved establishing both theoretical and practical training, developing resources, liaising with local employers and preparing pathways for these students post year 12.
