“Max is a 22 year-old 4th-stage Certificate III in Engineering –Mechanical (Fitter) apprentice, is hosted by ARB Corporation in Kilsyth VIC through the Ai Group Apprentice & Trainee Centre. His passion for the trade was sparked by a school project and his father’s influence, leading him to choose a hands-on apprenticeship over a traditional university pathway.
