“Since 1991, NECA Education and Careers has been the trusted training provider for the Victorian electrical industry. As a not-for-profit RTO (TOID 21098) owned by the National Electrical and
Communications Association, our purpose is to deliver nationally accredited training of the highest quality and equip apprentices with the skills, confidence and industry relevance needed for successful careers. We deliver four qualifications, ten skill sets and eight units of competence across electrical and
electrotechnology. Training is fully compliant with ASQA standards and Energy Safe Victoria’s additional
requirements, ensuring strong governance and quality assurance. We were the first provider nationwide to transition apprentices to the new UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology and remain Victoria’s largest electrical RTO, with 1,475 enrolments in 2024.
