“Kelly McCusker started her career in VET as the second ever employee at what is now NECA Education & Careers. Beginning with administrative duties she also worked in group training with placements and was Executive Assistant to the CEO. Kelly then joined the finance department, going from payroll to now working as Finance Coordinator. Kelly loves working for an organisation that gives people a kick-start to begin or further their career, and likes that, as a not-for-profit, people work there out of passion. She appreciates the mentors and opportunities she has had to develop her skills in over the years in different departments, which have made her a go-to for the history of the business.
