Before his traineeship, Lauchlann was unsure about his career path. Developing
Tourette’s syndrome during VCE created challenges, leading him to leave school.
Despite his difficulties, he pursued a Business traineeship at TAC to regain
independence and embrace learning opportunities.

His contributions were not limited to studies; he also made an impact within the
Initial Support team by actively engaging with his colleagues and helping organize
